It's being reported that David Garrard is taking over as the starting quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars.  The report is also stating that Byron Leftwich is now going to be released or traded.

If this is true, there are a few teams around the league that have to be chomping at the bit to get their hands on Leftwich.  I'd say the likely candidates would be Kansas City, Minnesota, Atlanta, and Washington.  He could also sign as a backup in a few places (Detroit, Baltimore, Miami).

Also, feel free to read the comments section on that story.  Some fans seem to think this is a move that is going to put them on top, literally.
