I hate moving. When you move, there is no set routine. You have to pack, unpack, unpack, unpack three months later, unpack some more. Eventually, you get all your crap unpacked and then you have the day where you go "Where the hell did I put the TV remote"? Meanwhile, it is chilling out in the bathroom in between your Q-Tips and extra rolls of toilet paper. Where was I going with this? Oh yes, routines...in my opinion, you have to have a solid routine to become as successful as you want to. Which brings me to some pretty successful NFL rookies from week six:
* Adrian Peterson - Well, I'd say having a week off let him get recharged and ready to stake claim on his Rookie of the Year award. With a total of 361 yards, he is well on his way to breaking the rookie record for yardage in a season. Yearly Totals: 607 rushing yards, 175 receiving yards, 248 return yards, 5 total touchdowns.
* Eric Wright - Two weeks in a row the Cleveland corner has made an apperance on the Rookie Watch. He added another eight tackles and an interception in a win over Miami. Yearly Totals: 44 total tackles, 1 interception.
* Jon Beason - Carolina's young linebacker has made a nice impact on their defense this season. He led the Panther defense in total tackles in a 25-10 win against Arizona. Yearly Totals: 45 total tackles, 1 pass defended/deflected.
* Greg Olsen - Can't ignore what the youngster has done the past two weeks for Chicago. He added another 63 yards on five receptions. Unfortunately, Mr Peterson decided the Bears were going to lose to his Vikings. Yearly Totals: 11 receptions, 148 yards, 1 touchdown.
* Nick Folk - Dallas might have drafted a future scoring leader with this young kicker. 2 for 2 on field goal attempts and 3 for 3 on extra points in a loss to New England. Yearly Totals: 12 for 13 fga, 23 for 23 extra points, 59 total points.
