It seems that every time I make a bold statement about a team losing or winning, the EXACT opposite happens. For example before last weekend I stated, "If any team has a chance at beating Ohio State right now, Illinois is it. Just kidding, Ohio State wins at home." If my foot could fit in my mouth, it would certainly be there right now.* Kansas and Hawaii remain the only unbeaten teams left in the BCS division
* 15 - 6 on the picks for the weekend. 92 - 40 overall. Take that Swami
* Matt Ryan's Heisman campaign should officially be over now with a second consecutive loss, this one at Maryland.
* Indiana doesn't want to play that 13th game this year it seems....2 - 5 in the Big Ten...not impressive
* Air Force (8 - 2) was the latest team to put the screws to Notre Dame with a final score of 41 - 24.
* Miami (FL) got shutout by Virginia 48 - 0. Can't imagine Randy Shannon envisioned the season going like this.
* Tennessee controls their SEC fate with another win. They are now 7 - 3 overall and 4 - 2 in the SEC. They play at home again this weekend against Vanderbilt.
