I need a new home, will you take me in.
I left college too early and I didn't get drafted in the first round like my agent had told me. The team that drafted me was the defending champion Spurs. They discovered that they had no need for me and cut me last week.
I averaged 16.6 points and 6.7 rebounds per game last season at the University of Arizona. I can play, I have the talent.
I promise I'll be good if given the chance. Please don't keep guys like Royal Ivey or Ramon Sessions on your team. I swear that I'll make you say "Awvee Storey who?"
I have a lot to offer, please, let me prove it to you. I just want the opportunity to play again. I don't want to get laughed at by going to the NBDL.
I improved my attitude. I don't pout if I'm not given the ball now. I found out that NBA players only pass you the ball if you are working to get open.
Anyone out there? Anyone care to give this lost rookie a home?
