Sorry, for not posting earlier than now. I just got up because I was up late celebrating this win by covering my room with bis queen and spraying the good stuff all over the place. In the words of Birdman and Lil Wayne, "We pop champagne like we just won a championship game."
Here is the score of the game tonight. Bulls 8,247 - Pacers 3 1/2 - Jack Cobra
Well, Jack Cobra's predicition of the game didn't go quite that way. Although, it looked like the game was headed that way late in the first and early in the second quarter. Chicago was simply on fire in the first 15 minutes of the game and Indiana had no response...besides missing shots and turning the ball over. The game sort of hit a turning point when Troy Murphy and Tyrus Thomas were ejected for fighting like school girls. Seriously, throw a punch already!
The Pacers ended up with a one point lead at the half and really blew the game open with a 40 point third quarter.
The key match up of the night was the shooting of Ben Gordon and Mike Dunleavy. Gordon finished with 18 points (7-21 shooting), 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. While Dunleavy shot less and was just as effective with 17 points (5-9, 9 boards, and 6 assists). I am still leaving my statement out there for the season.
IF Ben Gordon shoots a higher percentage for the year, I'll dress up as a Bull for a day...not including Halloween. - Me
This was just the first of four meetings with the Bulls this season and while I hope they all turnout this way, I am not dumb enough to believe that it is going to happen.
Well, I need to get to cleaning the place up after the victory celebration!

Hogwash! The matchup of the night was the Bulls against Conseco...they've lost 16 out of their last 18 there.
