Yes, it has been a few days since I have last posted.  The only excuse I can give you is that I have literally had zero time to do anything other than work and sleep since the day after Christmas.  By the way, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Christmas for me means one thing...TRAVEL.  I hate holiday travel more than 98% of all things in this world.  I had to have Christmas early with The Graphics Department because she had to work on Christmas eve and on Christmas day.  I then spent Christmas morning at my mom's with my brother, his wife, and my niece (happy 5 month birthday today!).  Around 11am I had to get into the car and drive two hours to get to my father's house for the festivities with his side of the family.  It was while I was at my father's house that I was introduced to the game "Cranium."  I don't know if you've ever played it, but it is quite fun.  Some of the categories involve having to act out things, either charade style or by imitating a scene or an actor; drawing something with your eyes closed while your partner guesses; sculpting something with the provided modeling clay while your partner guesses; or spelling...backwards...alternating letters with your partner.  My younger brother and I were dominating the game...I rarely lose board games, don't try me with any of the "Scene It" games, I'm deadly...back to the story....domination on the board was the style of play.  Then, things took a turn for the worse.  All groups had to act out something at the same time and whoever guessed first, won the challenge.  The clue was "nutcracker."  My brother was acting it out and I was guessing.  Now, my younger brother is comparable to Justin Long's character in Live Free or Die Hard (if you haven't seen it, watch it) and watching him try to portray "nutcracker" by acting like he is punching himself in the nuts and cracking his knuckles with a half maniacal/half clueless look on his face is too funny to try and guess anything.  I was crying I was laughing so hard.  We lost the challenge and on the next roll, the most loserly team ended up winning.  We were distraught, but since it was Christmas, I took a shot of the Jack and the two of us went to watch "Alien Vs Predator: Requiem."  I enjoyed it....sort of weird to watch on Christmas though.

I mentioned my early exchange of gifts with The GF.  She bought tickets to see Dane Cook and tickets for Chris Rock.  Although, I feel like I got Homer Simpsoned (buying a gift that you like for the other person).  Just kidding, I enjoyed the show a lot.  Biz Markie warmed up the crowd and that was a ton of fun.  Chris Rock left me a few memorable gems of wisdom:

On Jobs:  "You start hiding in the bathroom to avoid the work because you can't stand being there.  Then when you actually have to go to the bathroom, you can't because you've tricked your body."

On Steroids:  "If I could shoot something in my ass to allow me to get paid more money at my job, I'll bend over in front of everyone here."

On Relationships:  "Women can't regress in lifestyle and men can't regress in their sex life.  If a man loses his job and moves in with his momma, the countdown has begun.  If a woman does something freaky in bed, she has to do that every time after or the relationship won't last."
Immediately after the show, I had to go back to work for inventory....at 1am on a Saturday/Sunday....PUKE

Speaking of work, since the day after Christmas I have now put in a total of 107 hours of work between my two jobs, including a 16 1/2 hour day which left me feeling like a 27 year old version of Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon combined into one super Grumpy Old Man.

Well, I am about to watch the Sugar Bowl match-up between Hawaii and Georgia.

You think you got Homer Simpsoned? That's wrong. If you didn't want the gift, I could've taken my other boyfriend!

Plus I asked you what you wanted! AND I bought you those shoes (that you indirectly asked for)!!!

I'm not too happy right now >:(
(that's my mean face)
