March is here!  That means a couple things.  Spring Training and March Madness.  With Cornell already locking up the first bid to the tournament, 64 more teams have to lock up their bids.  Here is who I think will be in on selection day.

America East:  UMBC is the top team, but I am going with Hartford.

A-10:  Xavier, UMASS.  Temple and Saint Josephs need strong finishes, if both get to the the A-10 tourney championship game, that would help.  TOTAL TEAMS:   3

ACC:  Duke, North Carolina, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Maryland.  Miami (FL) needs a strong finish.  TOTAL TEAMS:  8

Atlantic Sun:  Belmont

Big 12:  Kansas, Texas, Baylor, Texas A&M, Oklahoma.  TOTAL TEAMS:  14

Big East:  Georgetown, Louisville, Notre Dame, UConn, Marquette, Pittsburgh, West Virginia.  Villanova and Syracuse need to make it to the Big East Championship game to have a chance this year.  TOTAL TEAMS:  21

Big Sky:  Northern Arizona

Big South:  Winthrop

Big Ten:  Purdue, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan State.  Minnesota and Ohio State need to win out to have a chance.  TOTAL TEAMS:  27

Big West:  Tough call here.  I am going to go with Pacific.  This should be a very entertaining conference tourney.  Four teams have double figure wins in conference and have 19-21 wins a piece.

CAA:  Virginia Commonwealth.  George Mason could throw a wrench into the gears though.

Conference USA:  Memphis, UAB, Houston.  UCF needs a strong showing in the conference tourney to have a chance.  TOTAL TEAMS:  32

Horizon League:  Butler is the only lock.  Wright State or Cleveland State could steal the conference tourney.  Valparaiso is a dark horse as well.

Ivy League:  Cornell.  I'm guaranteed to get at least one right!

Metro Atlantic:  Another tough one here.  I am going to go with Siena.  I'll be watching this one closely as it unfolds.

MAC:  Akron, they have a bad taste in their mouth from getting snubbed last year.  Kent State and Western Michigan head to the NIT if they don't win the tourney.

MEAC:  Hampton

Missouri Valley:  Creighton, Drake, Illinois State.  Southern Illinois needs to win out to get in.  Remember a few years ago when having two teams from this conference in the Big Dance was a big deal?  TOTAL TEAMS:  40

Mountain West:  New Mexico, BYU.  UNLV gets left out if they don't win the conference tourney.

Northeast:  Wagner

Ohio Valley:  Austin Peay

PAC-10:  UCLA, Washington State, USC, Stanford, Arizona State, Arizona.  Arizona could be out if they lose anymore, even with the number 1 Strength of Schedule.  TOTAL TEAMS:  50

Patriot:  Navy

SEC:  Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Florida.  Remember when Mississippi started out 14-0?  TOTAL TEAMS:  57

Southern Conference:  Davidson.  If they don't win the conference tourney, they could bump another bubble team.

Southland:  Stephen F. Austin.  Too bad their nickname isn't "Stone Cold"

SWAC:  Alabama State

Summit League:  IUPUI and Oral Roberts both deserve to go, but I will take the hometown pick - IUPUI.

Sun Belt:  Western Kentucky.  I'd love to see Indianapolis native, Courtney Lee make the tournament in his final season.

West Coast:  Gonzaga, St. Mary's  TOTAL TEAMS:  64

WAC:  New Mexico State.  Boise State and Nevada get sent to the NIT

I think after the stone cold comment that they are giving you too many pain meds on your time off

Come on, you know you smiled when you read it...even if it was one of those "that's cheesy" grins.
