March is here!  That means a couple things.  Spring Training and March Madness.  With Cornell already locking up the first bid to the tournament, 64 more teams have to lock up their bids.  Here is who I think will be in on selection day.

America East:  UMBC is the top team, but I am going with Hartford. 

A-10:  Xavier, UMASS.  Temple and Saint Josephs need strong finishes, if both get to the the A-10 tourney championship game, that would help.  TOTAL TEAMS:   3

ACC:  Duke, North Carolina, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Maryland.  Miami (FL) needs a strong finish.  TOTAL TEAMS:  8

Atlantic Sun:  Belmont

Big 12:  Kansas, Texas, Baylor, Texas A&M, Oklahoma.  TOTAL TEAMS:  14

Big East:  Georgetown, Louisville, Notre Dame, UConn, Marquette, Pittsburgh, West Virginia.  Villanova and Syracuse need to make it to the Big East Championship game to have a chance this year.  TOTAL TEAMS:  21

Big Sky:  Northern Arizona

Big South:  Winthrop

Big Ten:  Purdue, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan State.  Minnesota and Ohio State need to win out to have a chance.  TOTAL TEAMS:  27

Big West:  Tough call here.  I am going to go with Pacific.  This should be a very entertaining conference tourney.  Four teams have double figure wins in conference and have 19-21 wins a piece.

CAA:  Virginia Commonwealth.  George Mason could throw a wrench into the gears though.

Conference USA:  Memphis, UAB, Houston.  UCF needs a strong showing in the conference tourney to have a chance.  TOTAL TEAMS:  32

Horizon League:  Butler is the only lock.  Wright State or Cleveland State could steal the conference tourney.  Valparaiso is a dark horse as well.

Ivy League:  Cornell.  I'm guaranteed to get at least one right!

Metro Atlantic:  Another tough one here.  I am going to go with Siena.  I'll be watching this one closely as it unfolds.

MAC:  Akron, they have a bad taste in their mouth from getting snubbed last year.  Kent State and Western Michigan head to the NIT if they don't win the tourney.

MEAC:  Hampton

Missouri Valley:  Creighton, Drake, Illinois State.  Southern Illinois needs to win out to get in.  Remember a few years ago when having two teams from this conference in the Big Dance was a big deal?  TOTAL TEAMS:  40

Mountain West:  New Mexico, BYU.  UNLV gets left out if they don't win the conference tourney.

Northeast:  Wagner

Ohio Valley:  Austin Peay

PAC-10:  UCLA, Washington State, USC, Stanford, Arizona State, Arizona.  Arizona could be out if they lose anymore, even with the number 1 Strength of Schedule.  TOTAL TEAMS:  50

Patriot:  Navy

SEC:  Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Florida.  Remember when Mississippi started out 14-0?  TOTAL TEAMS:  57

Southern Conference:  Davidson.  If they don't win the conference tourney, they could bump another bubble team. 

Southland:  Stephen F. Austin.  Too bad their nickname isn't "Stone Cold"

SWAC:  Alabama State

Summit League:  IUPUI and Oral Roberts both deserve to go, but I will take the hometown pick - IUPUI.

Sun Belt:  Western Kentucky.  I'd love to see Indianapolis native, Courtney Lee make the tournament in his final season.

West Coast:  Gonzaga, St. Mary's  TOTAL TEAMS:  64

WAC:  New Mexico State.  Boise State and Nevada get sent to the NIT
