Tonight at 7PM EST, the IUPUI Jaguars take on the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the Summit League Championship. More importantly, it is a battle for the automatic bid to the Big Dance. Can Summit League Player of the Year, George Hill, lead his team to the victory? Will Scott Sutton coach his Golden Eagles to the championship? I know one thing for certain, I will be watching this game from beginning to end.
The Jaguars are 26-6 on the season and have defeated UMKC and Oakland to advance to tonight's game. Oral Roberts has a record of 23-8 and they posted victories over Centenary and IPFW in order to advance. Oral Roberts won the regular season conference championship by going 16-2, while the Jaguars were a game behind at 15-3 in conference play. They are clearly the two best teams in the Summit League and whoever loses will most likely be in the NIT.
