The rules are simple:
1. Make your picks in a Word document or on ESPN's Draft Machine and email them to me at ardthomp@iupui.edu. If you create your picks on the Draft Machine, be sure to create a "permalink" so I can see your picks.
2. Label your email in the subject line as "Draft Contest."
3. For each correct pick, the contestant will receive 1 point. The contestant with the most correct picks wins...simple enough.
4. Credit will be given for a correct pick if a team trades out of its position, but the player is still taken in that slot. Example: Miami trades pick #2 to Minnesota for pick #3. Minnesota takes Michael Beasley with pick 2. If the contestant had Beasley at #2, then they get credit for that correct pick.
5. The tiebreaker will be: How many trades during the draft will there be? Label your answer at the bottom of your entry.
6. I will contact the winner after the contest via email for their contact information in order to get their money to them.
I will collect all entries and create a collective excel sheet and start posting them on Monday, June 23rd. The draft takes place on June 26th, which is a Thursday.
Entries can be sent from now until Tuesday, June 24th. That way, I have plenty of time to gather all entries and post them.
Have fun and good luck.

This is a great contest. I will promote it on my blog to drum up response.
Sweet contest, just one suggestion: maybe move the deadline up a bit? June 23 is pretty late. Obviously, anyone who filed now would be really dumb. New info comes out everyday, so anyone entering the contest should wait till the last possible day. Just look at yesterday: K. Love to the T-Wolves!? No one woulda saw that coming. That this stuff will all come up, but it's better to file late. So i suggestion moving up the filing deadline a little, but do whatever you want cause this is sweet idea.
Well, I'm not going to post them until the 23rd. I have given until the 24th that way I have at least one full day to make sure all entries are posted. If someone sends me one after the 24th, it won't be considered. I think that is fair for all!
Look forward to seeing what you come up with!
Ok, then I'll probably send one in on the 23rd
Good contest. I will probably enter.
Random draft question: Pacers are looking at big post players and PGs only pretty much right?
Can you have 2 contests: one for guys and one for girls? Cuz I think I would definitely win the girl contest. I want your money!!

50 bucks?! Why don't you spend that money on me! I'm going to enter your contest and win!! >:-p
