Well, if all the speculation is indeed true, then the Pacers' roster will take on a very different look. Here is a look at the players coming to Indiana:
TJ Ford
Rasho Nesterovic
Jarret Jack
Brandon Rush (13th pick)
Roy Hibbert (17th pick)
Josh McRoberts
Maceo Baston
While adding seven players, the Pacers traded away:
Jermaine O'Neal
Ike Diogu
Jerryd Bayless (11th pick)
Nathan Jawai (41st pick)
Larry Bird said that he would like to have two point guards by the end of the week and he went out and got two point guards. Although, Indiana drafted Bayless, I assumed that he had his two point guards. But, Bird also said that he wanted to draft players that would come in and play right away and not have to worry about developing them as much. In other words, he didn't want "project" players.
With the new additions, several players on the Pacers' roster could be on their way out of town. The list includes Marquis Daniels, Jamal Tinsley, Shawne Williams, and Troy Murphy.
I would try and give you an updated starting lineup, but at this point, "It's all speculation."

It doesn't help that Larry Bird doesn't like to worry about developing players. He wants guys that will come in and do what they are supposed to without being told. Williams was a freshman when he was drafted, so he needed to be developed. It didn't happen and he has not lived up to the hype. I do think that he can be a great player this coming season though. He just needs to get over the mental hump.
Yeah so are these outrageous gas price ---reich-wing SPECULATION---literally should be arouns $1.75 to 4.00 per !
FIXING / GOUGING, choose your own poison !
Shound be .......around $1.75 to $2.00 per gallon, .......sorry ! But so is Bush & his bunch of corrupt reich-wing scoundrels !
I'm not sure what this has to do with the Pacers or basketball, but thank you for your input. You seem very passionate about that topic!

I was that guy who saw Shawne Williams as a Freshman at Memphis and thought, "Gee, I would like to have a guy with that kind of versatility on my NBA team" and was thrilled when the Pacers drafted him. Now, I have a lot of indifference for him. He didn't develop physically to the point where he could play a small forward. He can't rebound that position. He is not enough of a shooter to get into a guard position. In the end, he is a posterboy for the guy that should have stayed in school and developed skills for a position. As it is, I don't think all that versatility amounted to much at all.
