Tonight the Pacers will tip off the exhibition season with the New Orleans Hornets at the Pepsi Coliseum.  The Pacers used to play at the Coliseum back in the ABA days, so to start off the season, they are taking it back to their old roots.

Bobby "Slick" Leonard, former coach of the Pacers, will coach the team for the first quarter of tonight's game.  Leonard, now a radio personality for Indiana, is also the person that coined the phrase "Boom Baby" after a Pacers' made three pointer.

The probable starters for the Pacers tonight look like:  PG - TJ Ford, SG - Marquis Daniels, SF - Danny Granger, PF - Austin Croshere, C - Jeff Foster.

Mike Dunleavy, Troy Murphy, and Travis Diener will all miss the game due to injuries.  Daniels and Croshere earned their starting spots tonight with their work in practice, so maybe they can capitalize on the early minutes and really lock in some playing time for the regular season.

Tyson Chandler is the only injured Hornet that I know of, as he twisted his ankle the other night.  I'm not really sure if the injury is serious or not, so we will see.

*Tickets are still available and they are priced at $55, $30, and $10 for tonight.
