I'm actually surprised at the lack of options on this list.  The Cavs have been pretty good at selecting guys that have stayed around the league for a long time.  But, all I need is just one player that sticks out and with this franchise, I think I have my guy!

Dajuan Wagner.  Wagner was the 6th pick in the 2002 draft after his one season at Memphis.  He scored 100 points in a single high school game once.  He was supposed to lead this team to the promised land, the second coming of (insert great scoring guard), he could do whatever he wanted with the ball.

Well, his rookie year started out promising.  He averaged 13 points a game and started in 24 contests.  But, health issues got in the way and Wagner was out of the league within four seasons of being drafted.  With only logging 103 career games, the Cavs clearly missed out on some better players that season, like Amare Stoudemire and Caron Butler.  They did score Carlos Boozer in the second round (34th pick) and he was a player the Cavs hoped to build around until he jilted them for more money and more wives in Utah!
