Back in May, when the story was first reported, Marvin Harrison was accused of shooting at someone in an altercation.  Just about a week ago, the DA said they didn't have enough to make a case on Harrison, citing a lack of credible witnesses.  Now, all of a sudden, a credible witness emerges???  Sounds a bit fishy to me.

This really sounds like a money grab to me.  I'm not sure of all the details, because who really does in a situation like this, but when someone comes out and says "Hey, we don't have any witnesses" and then witnesses show up, it just doesn't sound right.  Maybe the guy that got shot at was sleeping one night and it woke him up.  "Oh ya, Marvin Harrison did shoot at me...where do I cash this check?"

Maybe there is a silver lining in this cloud for the Colts?  Marvin Harrison + $13.4million against the salary cap + legal trouble = Colts having some wiggle room to cut Harrison.

I'm sure this will drag out for a while, so I will try to keep you as informed as possible.

He shot a drug dealer. If we were all that concerned about the public welfare the streets would be paved with gold.
