Let me set the scene for you -

I'm sitting at work...look down, cell phone rings...I see that The Chief is calling me, which is abnormal for the middle of the week.  So, I figure it is something important...

"Did you hear about Tinsley?"  he says to me.  I reply with a simple, "Uhhhhh, I uhhh, no, what's up?" 

"Tinsley could be on his way to Charlotte in a package...."

So, I jump on ESPN.com and I see that indeed Tinsley could be involved in a trade with the Bobcats.  But not just a crappy trade, no no.  This trade could bring one of my favorites to the Pacers.  Here is the rumored proposal right now:  Tinsley, Jeff Foster, and a third player out of these three - Brandon Rush, Stephen Graham, or Marquis Daniels FOR Raymond Felton, Nazr Mohammad, and Sean May.

I would be thrilled if Felton came to Indiana, but not so thrilled if we gave up on Brandon Rush already.  Mohammad has three years left on his contract, so the Pacers could keep him and let Rasho Nesterovic walk at the end of this season.  Also, Sean May and Felton have contracts that expire at the end of the season, so May could walk and we could resign Felton and then let Jarrett Jack hit free agency since his contract is going to be expiring as well.  If Marquis Daniels is involved in this deal, then that just adds to the money saved for the team.  This could be a huge trade for Indiana.

Oh, my favorite line of the conversation, "I'm just glad we finally got rid of that m***** f*****!"  The Chief has a way with words!
