http://www.arinitout.com/img/skdouche.jpgIt's no secret that I enjoy playing EA Sports' Madden and NCAA Football games.  As a matter of fact, my friends and I have spent countless hours playing these wonderful games.  Some of the time, I would dominate, other times, I would get dominated.  Either way, the games are fun and it is a cheap way to spend time with my friends.

Imagine my surprise when Kelper calls me yesterday talking about a lawsuit against EA Sports, because Sam Keller can't handle the fact that his "likeness" was in the game.  WHAT???  This is the same Same Keller that was replaced by Rudy Carpenter at Arizona State.  The same Sam Keller that transferred to Nebraska for one season.  During that season, Keller was replaced by Joe Ganz.  Trust me Sam Keller, nobody is using your "likeness" when they play these games.

If Sam Keller has a beef, maybe he should sue Arizona State, Nebraska, or the NCAA directly for the money the have made off of his jersey sales and things of that nature.  I can guarantee they made way more money off of that than EA Sports has made because of Sam Keller's "likeness" in this game.

Sam Keller, just because you made bad choices in your college career and you couldn't make it to the NFL, don't get mad and jump into terrible lawsuits that will end with you getting nothing but a couple shrugs from the lawyers.
