Whatifsports.com has released their list of the top 100 rookies in this year's NFL draft. I'm not sure how accurate the list is for this season, but they were pretty close to being spot on last season. Go check out the list and see if your team's rookies made it.
The Colts had five rookies make the cut:
- Jaimie Thomas, OL - 98th
- Terrance Taylor, DT - 97th
- Fili Moala, DT - 65th
- Austin Collie, WR - 41st
- Donald Brown, RB - 12th
That I'll take those rankings considering Thomas was the 236th overall pick in the draft and Taylor was the 136th overall pick. I'm still not sold on Brown or Collie, but that is for another day.
I am surprised they have Matt Stafford and Mark Sanchez as high as they do, as well as the top overall pick to succeed. I know they said they simulated each game 10,000 times, but I'd be interested to see exactly what goes into how these players are portrayed in the simulations.
