Memphis has a lot of questions to answer this summer. Who plays the point? Is Rudy Gay really the player to build around? What do we do with Mike Conley?
Follow me after the jump to see if I can answer some of these questions.

SG: OJ Mayo - Greg Buckner
SF: Rudy Gay
PF: Darrell Arthur
C: Marc Gasol - Darko Milicic - Hamed Haddadi
Draft Picks (Mock Picks)
- 2nd, 27th, 35th - I think the Grizzlies have given up on Darko (along with every other NBA team) and they are going to add Hasheem Thabeet with the second pick in the draft. At 27, I could see them going after a guy like DaJuan Summers to fill in at the three and four. Then with the 35th pick, Darren Collison will be the pick as the backup point.

- Mike Conley - if the Grizzlies fall in love with Ricky Rubio or move OJ Mayo to the point.
- Darko Milicic
- Marko Jaric
Final Analysis
Memphis is still years behind in catching up with the rest of the Western Conference. It would take a huge trade to get this team up to par this season. With three picks this draft, they can get three quality players to help them push towards mediocrity!
Comments
I think Conley, Arthur and a pick would work if they didn't go with the Conley and two picks trade.
Then Memphis could feasibly go out and sign one of the point guards out there in free agency. Felton or Sessions would most likely be the choice, because guys like Bibby and Kidd would look to move to contenders. Or, if they took Rubio or another point at two, then that problem would be solved as well.
i agree with yoyr choice of the grizzlies you make since than anybody i heard period

Who would they need to send to Phoenix to get Amare or to Toronto to get Bosh? Conley, a draft pick and who? Actually, maybe just Conley and those two late picks.
